Delivery

Items are dispatched once payment has been made in full.
Glass pieces paid for by BACS will be sent out for delivery once payment has arrived in our account.

UK Delivery

Products in stock will be delivered FREE to UK customers, normally within 48 hours.
They are insured, tracked, and signed for, and they are delivered by Royal Mail or a Courier Company.

Products in stock will be sent out usually within 48 hours, but up to 5 working days. Faster delivery times can be arranged (please contact us before ordering).

Sometimes in stock items turn out to be sold when we contact the artist and then the piece will be made especially for you. A photo will be sent to you for final approval, before shipping.

Delivery times on made to order pieces vary. Please contact us before ordering if there is a specific deadline that you need the piece for.

If you need an order delivered urgently, we are happy to arrange a courier for you.

Overseas Customers

If you are ordering from overseas, then the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

Our preferred courier is DHL or FedEx, but we are happy to use another courier if requested.

International Taxes, Duties & Fees

Boha covers all customs duties for UK clients. When ordering internationally (including the Republic of Ireland), please be aware that additional taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply to your order. When purchasing from our online shop, it is up to the customer to research these fees, and the burden of any taxes, duties, or fees is the responsibility of the customer.

Items not in stock

Items that are Made To Order can take up to six weeks to arrive. If you need a piece for a certain deadline, please contact us to find out how long it will take to make your piece.
