Glass Wave Sculptures ‘Aqua I’ by Lisa Pettibone

Part of the Aqua series, these Glass Wave Sculptures by Lisa Pettibone are truly mesmerising.

Using sinuous opalescent turquoise glass fused with an additional tinted layer encapsulating the whole. The piece is slumped several times to create the complexities of this shape.

Based on water’s natural elasticity which allows it to be moved and moulded by the moon above. Its gravitational pull is as alluring as the piece itself.

It can be displayed in several different ways and makes a wonderful statement in any interior design setting.
