Seashell Art ‘Beach Dreams’ by Amanda Deadman
‘Beach Dreams’ is part of the stunning ‘Shorelines’ collection of seashell art by Amanda Deadman. Growing up on the South coast of England and used to windsurf and sail with her Father. When she wasn’t on the water she would beach comb for shells, pebbles and driftwood for her collections.
Each element is made more three dimensional by moulding each one with watercolour paper. Each shell and stone is hand moulded and coloured with watercolour, then mounted on a tiny foam-board plinth to form the whole piece.
Like the others in the ‘Shoreline’ collection, this piece captures the simplicity of those childhood moments and the soul-soothing beauty of the seaside. Bring the beauty of the shore into your home when you choose this piece for your walls.
Materials: Watercolours and metallic watercolours, moulded watercolour paper, in a deep box frame glazed with Perspex.
N.B. This beautiful seashell art can also be commissioned in shells in any colour combination and size of your choosing.
