Glass Bowls Artist
Adam Jablonski born on April 29, 1936 in Wilczkowice, Poland is an artist and glass technology diploma holder who has concerned himself with art glass production since 1952. Patenting several dozen innovative glass production techniques through the length of his career, he built a glass furnace according to his own technology and created a school of artistic mastery in which he personally trained students. His original works are signed personally and enjoy great interest around the world. He has won several awards both domestically and internationally although the highlight of his career was having his works displayed in Corning Museum of Glass in America. Retired in 2010, his final new pieces of his works are becoming rarer on the open market as they are quickly rising in value for the creations of this glass artist pioneer can never be recreated.
It will be a sad day when the final piece of Jablonski’s work has been sold as it will mean the end of a fabulous era in Polish Glass making.
