It is evocative of precious, jewel-coloured silk saris with pink diamond, ruby, garnet and gold with a silver backing to enable the glass to shine brightly and reflect brilliantly.
At 60cms long there is plenty of captivating power in this shimmering piece of wall art.
The process of making this piece is very labour-intensive, with multiple firings in the kiln required to create the sumptuous sculpted effect.
Each panel is ready to hang and is signed in gold by the artist.
