Brown Glass Bowl by Adam Jablonski
Brown Glass Bowl by a Polish Art glass master Adam Jablonski in a Retro style.
These Vintage style Glass Bowls have a Seventies’ brown and Fifties’ green colour combination.
They are a perfect fit for retro rooms and more Bohemian residences.
This brown glass bowl is made of pure Polish lead crystal and captures the light beautifully.
The popularity of hues such as straw and oat in interior decor mean that there are stronger settings which need a strong piece like these to really stand out from the crowd.
With the artist now in retirement we will not be able to replace these glass bowls. They are the very last New items to come out of the Jablonski studio and once they have been sold we will be closing our Jablonski section for good.
Brown Glass Bowl Artist
When you commit the majority of your life to your art, all you can truly hope for is that people will sit up and take notice of the work you do. To say that Adam Jablonski succeeded in doing that with his colorful glass art creations is putting it mildly. Not only is he viewed as one of the greats in glass arts, he is also rightly seen as being an innovator, thanks in large part to the new techniques that he created over his 50 plus year career.
His work was very quickly recognized in his native land, as Polish president would frequently request that he create pieces for visiting world leaders. His work was then shared with the rest of the world, with the highlight of his career being recognized as the first Eastern bloc artist to have work displayed in the American Corning Museum of Glass.
