Handmade Ceramic Table Lamps ‘Sorrow and Laughter’ by Nicola Slaney

These handmade ceramic table lamps are adorned by bluebells, violets, and snakeshead fritillaries. Sorrow and laughter combine beautifully with the pure white clay body. Enhanced by the whiteness of the background, the violets represent sorrow. The soft green leaves at the base of the lamp and the speckled snakeshead fritillaries combine perfectly with the violets. Their rich burgundy making a stark contrast as they dance across the shoulder of the piece.

Laughter is found in the blue and reds, green, and heather-purple. Laughter triumphs over the sorrow of the violets, elegant bluebells looking on to further enhance the colourful display. The rich display of colours of these handmade ceramic table lamps will stand boldly in your room. Laughter is stronger than sorrow, the deep mystery of the lamp unfolding as you concentrate your gaze. A bold and bright addition to your home, these lamps combine colours and moods, exhilarating your spirit and brightening up your day.
