Glass Teardrop Ornaments ‘Pogo’ by Jablonski
Jablonski Glass Teardrop Ornaments are real ethereal glass beauties with a colour as vibrant and green as grass in Spring.
All three are crystal clear with a green heart and some with one or two bubbles that draw the eye and add extra interest.
The curvy glass is shapely and half a kilo in weight thanks to the Lead crystal.
A lovely set of Glass Teardrop Ornaments that made great gifts whether for a loved one or a treat for yourself.
Please be aware that these are the very last pieces of New Jablonski Glass Art that are on the market. Everything else has already been sold and there will be no more becoming available as Jablonski has retired.
Glass Teardrop Ornaments’ Artist
Adam Jablonski made stunning pieces of glass art for more than half a century before finally retiring in 2010. You might think that the gold stars he received from Polish presidents would be the highlight of his career, or even the fact that world leaders now proudly display his work in their residences. It is in fact that he became the first Eastern Bloc artist to have a display in the American Corning Museum of Glass that stands as his high point.
The demand for the glass art of Adam Jablonski has always been high, but it is now at all new levels since his retirement. While it’s sad to know that no new pieces will be coming, it is still exciting to see one of his older pieces come to life when it is caught in the light.
