Drawing upon his family heritage, Alano seeks to use the religion and symbols found within his ancestry.  His contemporary vision drives him to present his work in many formats.  In multimedia, cravings, furniture, glass and clothing.

Such are his designs that in 2010, Alano was commissioned to design the outerwear for the Dutch Olympic Team.
