Handkerchief Bowls’ Artist
Take a look at the delicate beauty of art glass created by Adam Jablonski. Mr. Jablonski is an award-winning glass artist and glass technician. He was born in Wilczkowice, Poland on April 29, 1936.
His art glass creations have been exhibited in museums around the world. They are part of many first-rate private collections. Adam Jablonski is most proud to be the first former eastern bloc artist to have his work exhibited at the World famous American Corning Museum of Glass. He has also been presented with a gold star twelve different times by Polish presidents.
Adam Jablonski is a dedicated craftsman. He built the furnace he uses to heat the glass. Jablonski holds patents on many glass techniques of his own invention. Adam Jablonski pioneered a technique of combining metal granules with molten glass which has produced glass with stunning reflective qualities. Jablonski also has found ways to create glass in every conceivable colour.
The furnaces are now cold and the doors of Jablonski Studio are closed forever as he has retired and sold his last items off.
